Eve Wagner brings her nearly 30 years of experience as a civil litigation trial attorney representing both plaintiffs and defendants to her mediation practice.
Ms. Wagner has mediated hundreds of cases over the past 13 years involving a wide variety of disputes, ranging from simple to multi-party, complex matters. Ms. Wagner offers private mediation services at Sauer & Wagner LLP and she is on the mediation panels of the U.S. District Court, Central District of California, NAM and Arts Arbitration and Mediation Services.
The scope of Ms. Wagner’s mediation practice includes employment (including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour), entertainment, intellectual property, real estate, landlord/tenant, business, commercial, partnership disputes, contract disputes, legal malpractice,civil rights, Lemon law, premises liability, personal injury and other types of negligence and intentional torts.
Ms. Wagner’s mediation style emphasizes common sense, communication skills and the ability to solve difficult problems with practical solutions.
Ms. Wagner uses both the evaluative and facilitative styles of mediation.
As practicing attorney at Sauer & Wagner LLP, Ms. Wagner also stays up-to-date with current developments in the law. Ms. Wagner conducts the mediations at her private offices in Century City, and also travels throughout California.
Ms. Wagner also serves as an arbitrator and is on the arbitration panels for IFTA and NAM.
Prior to founding her own law firm over 19 years ago, Ms. Wagner was an equity partner at Greenberg Glusker Fields Claman & Machtinger LLP.
Ms. Wagner is an Order of the Coif graduate of the USC Gould School of Law and she also served as a law clerk to the Hon. William P. Gray.
