EXPERIENCED LITIGATOR NEED
Long Beach Trial Firm seeks experienced litigation attorney with at least seven years of significant caseload responsibility for complex cases with excellent writing skills and oral advocacy skills. This position has a heavy emphasis on writing complex motions, summary judgments and appeals but will include other litigation functions including depositions, motions, hearings and case preparation. Must be able to handle competing deadlines and work under pressure. This is a demanding but rewarding practice.
