Natural Resources Associate
Downey Brand LLP's Energy, Land Use & Mining practice seeks associate w/1-4 years exp or coursework in land use, CEQA/NEPA, endangered species and/or energy for Sacramento and/or Roseville office. Will assist clients with land use permits & approvals, permit compliance issues, due diligence reviews for project acquisitions & financing, and support litigation to defend land use & energy project approvals.
