10 PLUS YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. South Bay litigation and trial practice seeks very experienced litigator with excellent writing skills to join our team. Firm exclusively represents plaintiffs in toxic and environmental cases. Seek someone with at least 10 years, or more, of hands on experience in complex litigation. Must have significant case management and handling responsibility from inception through post trial remedies. This is a demanding but rewarding practice. Prefer someone with at least several second chair trials as well as ability to handle complex writing assignments such as summary judgments and appeals.
