NYSE Los Angeles based company seeks SEC counsel to join company’s General Counsel office. Responsibilities will include review (and preparation where applicable) of SEC related filings including S-3, S-8, 10-Q, 10-K, 4, 5, 8-K and proxy statements, assistance with general corporate and compliance matters and supervision of outside SEC counsel.
