Prominent, diverse and growing civil litigation firm is seeking to hire an attorney for its San Francisco office for busy real estate and commercial litigation practice, with emphasis in contract, broker, landlord-tenant, non-disclosure, condominium, and construction defect disputes and litigation. The candidate must have 4 to 6 years real estate litigation experience, a strong academic record and excellent advocacy and writing skills. A desire to litigate is a must.
