LITIGATION ASSOCIATE
Portland, OR - Garvey Schubert Barer, with offices in Portland, Seattle, Anchorage, Washington, D.C., New York and Beijing, seeks a senior associate for its Trusts and Estates litigation practice group. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of litigation experience with an emphasis on trusts and estates litigation, and a working understanding of estate tax planning, and probate and trust administration. Applicants must be admitted to practice law in CA. In addition, applicants must be admitted to practice law in OR or be willing to take the OR bar exam.
