ASSISTANT DEPUTY CLERK I, II, III, or DEPUTY CLERK (JOB REQ. #: 3794) $3,500 to $5,661 per month The Court of Appeal, First Appellate District, in San Francisco is accepting applications for a full-time position in the Deputy Clerk classification. This position is a limited term assignment for up to two years with a possibility of a regular assignment offer at the end of the term. Responsibilities: Handle a variety of clerical, procedural, and legal process support activities in the Clerk's Office. Minimum qualifications: Equivalent to graduation from high school and 2 years of legal clerical processing experience. Directly related college-level course work may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis. Candidates should possess knowledge of policies, procedures, and jurisdictional requirements associated with the trial courts and with appeals and original proceedings before an appellate court.
