Our Tax Credit Finance & Syndication Group in our Real Estate, Energy & Community Development Department is seeking to hire an experienced tax associate to join our Los Angeles, CA office. The ideal candidate will have approximately four to five years of general tax experience, preferably including the areas of tax credits such as New Markets, Rehabilitation, or Renewable Energy Tax Credits. Knowledge of partnership tax and an aptitude for analyzing financial projections strongly preferred. Transactional experience and interest in community development welcomed but not required. Qualified candidates will have excellent academic credentials, superb communication and writing skills, be a self starter with a commitment to excellence and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
