Real Estate Lawyer

This position involves providing real estate and other transactional legal services to local public agencies, including cities and joint powers authorities. In addition to expertise in negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements and other real estate documents, experience in negotiating and drafting development agreements is desirable. All candidates are expected to have superior analytical and writing skills.
