State Bar #177943, Oakland (September 17, 2008).
Borgerson, 42, was placed on interim suspension after his conviction for sexually exploiting minors, producing a visual depiction of a minor engaged in explicit sexual activity, and receiving or distributing the depiction. The interim suspension will remain in effect until further order by the State Bar Court.

State Bar #53281, Napa (April 30, 2009).
Chamberlin, 68, was placed on interim suspension after he was convicted of violating Penal Code § 311.11(a), possessing or controlling material depicting a person under 18 years of age engaging in sexual conduct, a felony. The interim suspension will remain in effect until further order by the State Bar Court.

Hastert, 59, was placed on interim suspension following his conviction for violating Penal Code § 487, grand theft, and § 506, embezzlement, both felonies involving acts of moral turpitude, dishonesty, or corruption; and Corporations Code § 25110, unlawful selling of securities, § 25540, limits of imposed fines, and § 25401, misstatement of a material fact, all felonies. The suspension remains in effect until further order by the State Bar Court.

The interim suspension remains in effect until further order by the State Bar Court.
