CLE Customer Service
The Daily Journal's MCLE Center Customer Service department is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm to assist you by answering any questions you may have about this website or your CLE tests. You may contact us by telephone at (213) 229-5300 or by emailing customer service.
Obtaining Copies of Completed Test Certificates
You may obtain a list of the tests you have completed for a certification period one of two ways.

You can create a free account which will automatically track your completed CLE tests. Your account will enable you to print a full list of your completed CLE tests.

You may also email customer service for a printed list of your completed CLE tests.

Questions About Payments
Earn one hour of MCLE credit by reading the article and answering the questions that follow for $36.00. You will receive the correct answers with explanations and an MCLE certificate upon completion of test.

Payments can be made by major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) via this website. You may also print a copy of the test (select the "Print This Test" link) and mail in your answers accompanied by a check.

If you believe you have not been credited for a payment you have made for a test, please email customer service so we may investigate this issue for you.

Questions About Your MCLE Account
A username (your email address) is required to log onto this account along with your bar number.

If you have trouble logging onto the site, click the Having Problems Logging On? link.

CLE accounts are free but you may only have a single account linked to the bar number you enter when you set up your account.

Daily Journal Certification
The Daily Journal Corporation, publisher of the Los Angeles Daily Journal, San Francisco Daily Journal, and California Lawyer magazine, has been approved by the State Bar of California as a continuing legal education provider. This self-study activity qualifies for Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit in the amount of one hour. The Daily Journal Corp. certifies that this activity conforms to the standards for approved education activities prescribed by the rules and regulations of the State Bar of California.
Daily Journal Privacy Policy

This information is not provided to third parties.

We do send subscribers e-mail notifications of new site features and topic-based news alerts. Subscribers may opt out of receiving these notifications. We reserve the right to contact any subscriber at any time regarding subscription renewals or other subscription-related problems and questions as well as changes to our User Agreement. Subscribers may change their information by clicking on “Your Account” and selecting “Make Changes”. Changes are sent to our Client Services department; updates to address information affect not only your online account, but also your paper delivery.
